Amos Henry Myles Jr. was born October 5, 1945, to the late Amos Henry Myles Sr and Carrie Epps Myles of Norfolk Virginia. Amos is predeceased in death by his parents Amos H. Myles Sr. and Carrie Epps Myles.

Amos was a graduate of Booker T. Washington High School and participated in many sports activities.  Amos enlisted in the United States Marine Corps October 29,1965 and was a Veteran of the Vietnam war where he received an Honorable discharge in 1967.

Amos was married to Cynthia Hailey Myles and to this union was born one child Dorian Myles who predeceased him in death.
Amos worked for Albano Cleaners alongside his father for many years and various retail stores.

Amos leaves to cherish fond memories One son Rodney Drummond of Norfolk Virginia, One sister Annie B. Myles of Norfolk Virginia. Grandchildren Kari Johnson of Albemarle, North Carolina, Kenya Myles, and Kennedy Williams of Polkton, North Carolina A devoted and loyal nephew Brian Myles and spouse of Chesapeake Virginia.
