Emanuel Bryant Jr., 75, of Norfolk, Virginia passed away on November 9, 2020.  He was born on December 28, 1944 in Norfolk, Virginia.

Emanuel, or Bro, as he was affectionately called by those who knew and loved him, was educated in the Norfolk Public School System.  He retired from Global Iron after 50 years of employment.  He enjoyed working on cars and welding.

Emanuel was preceded in death by his parents, Carla and Emanuel Bryant, his brother Floyd Bryant, and his son Angelo Maye.

Emanuel is survived by his sisters; Leatha Bryant and Georgia Bryant of Maryland; Carla Ellis and Eleanor Bevard of Norfolk; and Dorothy (Ricky) Taylor of Portsmouth.  His four sons; Emanuel (Shelly) Spain of Suffolk; Samuel (Monica) Spain of Chesapeake; Demetrius Maye of Atlanta; and Dannuel Maye of Chesapeake; his daughter Angel Bryant (Norfolk); the mother of his five sons Thelma Maye; 27 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
