Estelita G.
Esguerra
June 17, 1934 – November 25, 2024
Estelita G. Esguerra was called home to be with the Lord on November 25, 2024, the same date her husband passed away 22 years prior. With undying love, her husband picked her up to be with him in paradise with God.
After relocating to the United States because of her husband being assigned to Norfolk with the United States Navy in 1971, Estelita worked as a craftsman for several industrial companies doing fine embroidery and being a wonderful wife. To this union were born three lovely strong daughters. As a homemaker she enjoyed cooking, baking, gardening, sewing, and crocheting which gave her great joy and peace. One of her greatest pleasure was her family, especially her grandchildren.
Born one of ten children in the Philippines to the late Roman and Teofila Guimba. Estelita was predeceased in death by her husband Jaime Esguerra and siblings: Clarita, Bernardo, Josefino and Milagros. In August of 1963 she met the love of her life Jaime Esguerra and they were happily married for 39 years before the Lord called him home.
Estelita is survived by Evangeline Siko, Mary Esguerra, Jean Remias (Woody), Lauren Briggs (Jedidiah), Kyle Siko, Mila Remias, Reina Remias and one great grandchild Jedidiah Briggs II. Siblings: Beatriz (Felipe), Soledad (Virgilio), Alberto (Leticia), Roman (Yumita) and Celerina (Leo). Estelita is additionally survived by a host of many nieces, nephews and cousins and friends all of whom adored and loved her unconditionally.
