Franklin (Frank) Eugene Henry, age 42, was born in 1979 to Frankie L. Williams and Barry Crocker in Portsmouth VA. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Joe E. Henry and his wife Daisy and his Aunt Sandra Autry. He is survived by his wife, Janaia Henry; and his children, Nemel, Ce'Amonte, Franklin Jr., Jaylan James, and stepson Cam'ron Johnson who he cherished and loved as his own. His sisters Jennifer Williams and Lavenia Mitchell, along with her husband Mark; his nieces Antwanette, Alesha and Adreanne; his Aunt Emma Garcia and a host of cousins, in-laws, and other siblings.

Franklin was loved and will be dearly missed. A few people may remember him as (Mooka) a nickname given to him by his grandfather but stopped using it after his grandfather passed. He truly loved his family and loved joking and playing around. His laughter was contagious, and he would say it's better to laugh than cry. He had a good heart and would give you the shirt off his back. He was not perfect and would always say he was a work in progress and God's not finished with him yet. He was not a perfect man, but he tried and kept trying. Franklin knew God and believed in God, though some may not have seen this side of him. We may feel his death was untimely for us, but God saw fit to bring him home. No more suffering, no more pain. We love you man until we meet again.
