On Saturday May 13, 2017, Gina Lola Freeman-Adamson. departed this life in exchange for a future life with her Eternal Master.
Gina Freeman-Adamson was born on January 19, 1963 in Virginia Beach, VA to Maude Freeman and the late Paul Freeman, Sr. She is the second of four children. She attended the Virginia Beach Public Schools System. She furthered her education at the Medical Career Institute (MCI) where she earned her Associate's degree for a Medical Assistant.
Gina Freeman-Adamson was saved under the leadership of Bishop Ted Thomas, Sr. She was a member of St. Stephan's COGIC. She served on the youth choir and usher board. Her favorite song was by Kim Thomas, "Break Through."
Gina Freeman-Adamson was a loyal, loving, and joyful woman. She had a beautiful smile that was contagious to all who saw her. She was a woman who her loved ones could depend on. She was an amazing mother to her three children, and she helped raise two nieces and a nephew. Gina Freeman-Adamson loved kids and was often a mother figure to many. She would babysit her grandchild, great nieces, and nephews during the day giving them a lot of love and care. she was a great helper to her mother after the passing of her father, and her three brothers cherished her.
Gina Freeman-Adamson leaves to cherish her memories: three lovely children: James Adamson, iii, Maia Toliver (Anthony), and Freeman Adamson. She is also survived by her mother: Maude Freeman; 3 brothers; Paul Freeman, Jr. (Serleda), Walter Freeman (Anjanette), and Kerry Freeman, Sr. (Chantea); 1 grandchild: Myani Toliver; nieces: Christina Johnson (Rodney), Monet Freeman (Melvin), Kerri Freeman, Chavon Thomas (Corey); newphews: Shawn Smith, Orchie Freeman, Sr. (Christina), Paul Freeman, iii (Candice), Jamaul Freeman, Sr., Kerry Freeman, Jr.; and a host of relatives including great nieces, nephews and cousins.
Gina Freeman-Adamson will be greatly missed by her many friends and of course her church family, St. Stephen's COGIC
