Gloria Banks, born March 31, 1956, to the late George and Almyra Hughes in the seatack area of Virginia Beach, va.  She passed away peacefully at her home in Virginia Beach, VA on Saturday March 26th, 2022. She is survived by her devoted husband Andrew Banks, her daughters Cynthia Banks, Rochelle Banks, Andrea Banks, and sons Marlow Banks, and Andrew Banks Jr. Her grandchildren included Fernando Wheaton, Paris Banks, Kiana Banks, Sincere Coaxum, Serenity Coaxum, Erinya Coaxum, Kymani Holmes, Jusiah Roberts, IsSabella Banks, and LeGacie Glover. She is also survived by her sisters, Josephine Hughes and Vivian Bailey, and her brothers, Leon Hughes, Bobby Hughes, Charles Hughes, Jerome Hughes, Linwood Hughes, Melvin Hughes, and a host of nieces and nephews.   She is preceded by her brother Irvin hughes.  Special family includes her sister in law Jacqueline Owens, sister-in-law Sylvia Hughes, and niece Wanda Banks.
