Hyman Keith Palmer, 54, affectionately called "Keith" transitioned from this life on October 26, 2022. He was born in Virginia Beach, Virginia on July 6, 1968, to the late James Palmer, Sr. and Shirley Palmer.

He was a dedicated construction worker. He enjoyed working, being with friends and family, and making people laugh. He bestowed his love, joy, and friendship upon everyone that he met and knew.

He leaves to cherish his joyous memories, one son: Keivon Bell; two daughters: Keishara Bell and Keimya Palmer; his mother, Shirley Palmer; one grandson: Chase Greene; four sisters: Wanda Palmer, Jennifer Mattis, Nadine Gordy, Patrice Creekmore (Darren) and two brothers: James Palmer, Jr., Jonas Palmer (April); three special friends: Dionne Palmer, Tomeika (Nicki) Bell, & Pam Henry; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
