Jonathan Lee Palmer 59, aectionately called John Boy transitioned from this life on
October 2, 2023 in Va Beach, VA. He was born in Va Beach on August 6, 1964.
Jonathan was a phenomenal construction and concrete worker for 41 years. He enjoyed
gardening,renovating, building, watching westerns, admiring his race car collection,
being with family and friends singing and dancing and last but not least he loved spending

time with what we call a man's best friend, his dog Cisco.

Jonathan leaves behind to cherish his memories are his mother Lossie Belle Palmer, a sister
Angelina Jones, two brothers , David and Charles Palmer, all of Va Beach, VA.
A life long partner Darlene Bennett of 25 years, a step-daughter Vernita Bennett, ve
step-grandchildren; Alaviya, Korie, Kristina Walker, Leyah and Andre (AJ) Walk all of Va

Beach,VA.

6 great-nieces and 6 great nephews and a host of other relatives and friends

Jonathan was preceded in death by his father Willie Lee Palmer Sr., his brother Willie Lee
Palmer Jr., his sister Annette Iris Gregory and his step daughter Keona Laque Bennett.
