Obituary

In loving memory of Kalila Sarai Danisi, a beloved daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece, cousin, and friend. On July 3rd, 2023, Kalila unexpectedly departed this world at the young age of 20, leaving behind a beautiful record of faith and love.

Born on November 14, 2002, in Yuma, Arizona to Dave and Regen Danisi, Kalila grew up in Peoria, Arizona. From a young age her friendly and outgoing personality helped her make good friends wherever she went. Kalila's deep-rooted faith and dedication to her beliefs were evident in her baptism on June 8th, 2013, at the Casa Grande Assembly Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. She started pioneering in the spring of 2021 and never stopped.

Throughout her life, she clearly exemplified unwavering loyalty to Jehovah and an adventurous, outgoing spirit. A remarkable young woman, Kalila always used her intelligence and zeal to serve Jehovah to the fullest. She eagerly delved into learning new languages and immersing herself in diverse cultures. Thailand held a special place in her heart, where she spent 3 years serving where the need is greater. There she forged lasting friendships and shared her unwavering faith and hope for the future.

One cannot reminisce about Kalila without thinking about the way she connected with others and brought us all together.  Her love knew no boundaries, and her impact on our lives will forever be deeply cherished.

Left to mourn her untimely departure are her loving parents, Dave and Regen Danisi, her devoted brother Deven, her loving grandmother Faith Grosso and a wide circle of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends scattered across the globe. Kalila's warm spirit touched the lives of countless individuals, and her memory will continue to shine brightly in their hearts.

Let us remember Kalila for her unwavering desire to bring happiness to others. In her honor, may we all strive to live with joy, love one another unconditionally, and spread warmth wherever we go.
