Two brothers: David Olds of Chesterfield, Virginia and Donza Olds of Virginia Beach, VA: And a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Elizabeth was a graduate of Princess Anne County High School in 1953. She entered Hampton Institute College in 1954 to become a nurse but changed her major and transferred to Saint Augustine College in Raleigh, NC where she became a member of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority before graduating in 1959. After graduation, she began her teaching career. Shortly afterward, she married Ronald Martin who predeceased her in death. Later she married Thomas Parker who also predeceased her in death. She taught in the Virginia Beach Schools until retiring on June 12, 1990.
Shortly after the death of her last favorite sister on June 12, 2012, Elizabeth dedicated her life to Jehovah where she received the best education ever and was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses on December 22, 2012. She loved her family. All her sisters and many of her brothers predeceased her in death. Her favorite scripture was John 5: 28, 29. Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life and those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgement.
