Mrs. Millie passed away peacefully on July 20, 2016.  She was born in Wheeling, West Virginia February 8, 1933.  She resided in Virginia Beach since 1965.  She is survived by her two sisters Katy and Sandy and her brother George, her daughter Jeanie and son-in-law Fred. She has 6 Grandchildren, Freddy, Tina, Jimmy, Joey, Lisa and Tara.  She is proceeded in death by her husband James J. Kosky and son Henry A Kosky.

A celebration of life for Miss Millie will be held at Miss Kittys on July 24, 2016 at 1:00 pm.  The address is 660 North Witchduck Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23452.

Her memorial Service will be at PG Thomasson Funeral Services on July 25 at 1:00 pm. 230 N. Lynnhaven Rd. Virginia Beach, VA 23452
