Passion Ja'Riyah Hampton-Spruill was born on Sunday, July 31st,2016 at 9:24 p.m. to parents De'Quanda Hampton and Roshawn Spruill at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.  She weighed 11.2 ounces and 10.25 inches. She passed peacefully into the arms of family the same day. Her brief minutes on Earth touched many lives surrounding her. She is survived by maternal grandparents Kerchele and Terrell Small and Earl Hampton; and paternal grandparents Kimberly, Shirley and Charles Spruill. Her uncle, De'Angielo Hampton, and aunts; MarKetta Hampton, MarTina Hampton, Natavia Eason, Amerah Skinner and TyJira Reid. She leaves a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives, and friends.
