Paul L. Mobley of Virginia Beach, Virginia, said good-bye to his family and friends, Friday, February 26, 2016. He was born in Bethel, North Carolina to William E. Mobley Sr. and Mary E. Mobley and at the age of six , his parents moved to Virginia.

Paul was predeceased by his father William E. Mobley, Sr. and a sister, Barbara Mobley.
