Peggy was born in Charleston, West Virginia. She was the daughter of Charlie Lewis and Virginia Pankey and she graduated from the West Virginia school system.
Peggy was an avid card player. She also enjoyed sewing.
Peggy leaves to mourn her husband, daughter, 2 sisters, 1 grandson, 6 great-grandchildren, 4 great great-grandchildren and a host of friends.
Peggy will be remembered for her giving spirit as she always tried to help anyone who was in need.
