Silvana Rice was born on January 30, 1951... She fell asleep in death on March 2, 2024. She is survived by the love of her life, her husband, Richard Rice Sr. as they were married 48 years.

Silvana and Richard met in West Virginia and they quickly became the best of friends and after some time Richard knew he wanted to marry her, making her Mrs. Silvana Rice. They were married in West Virginia and Silvana took Richard and all their kids to Germany.  As a blended family Silvana and Richard loved their five children: Angelina Wilson, Melissa Rice, Michael Rice, David Rice (Andrea') Richard Rice Jr. (Kerry). They were blessed by their children to have eight grandchildren. Those grandchildren brought added "JOY" to Silvana and Richard's life. Silvana will be dearly missed by her family.

Silvana worked at a few different places but retired from Merle Norman Cosmetics after many years. Becoming one of Jehovah's Witnesses brought "Joy and Peace" to her life. She enjoyed speaking about her God Jehovah while in her ministry. Like countless faithful Witnesses, even Covid19 wouldn't stop her from expressing her love for Jehovah. She wrote letters to many people for years telling of Jehovah's purpose for mankind. She will be dearly missed by Family and Friends, a list that expands across the ocean.
