Stacy is survived by her mother Jean Powell, two brothers Steven and Fred Powell, daughter Dannielle Davis, and two grandchildren Dezeray March and Adryanna Davis. Also surviving her, her significant other for 20 years Dale Groh.
There will be a Celebration of Life held in her memory at 253 Driftwood Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23452, starting at 1:00pm, Saturday December 5, 2015.
