Teresita Palencia Garcia was born in the Philippines. She graduated from Cathedral School in Dumaghete City. She came here to the U.S. in 1969 and went to college for clerical typist and data entry. Has worked in various jobs for over 20 years.

It was here in Va. that she encountered Jehovah's Witnesses and was baptized. She also went to pioneer school. She had lots of love for Jehovah and his people. She passed away on January 9, 2017.

She leaves to mourn a husband, Nelson Garcia and a host of family members and friends including, sisters, brothers, nieces and nephews as well as a large spiritual family.
